Our process explained

We follow a dynamic, user-centered process based on the Double Diamond framework and Agile cycles, ensuring collaboration, iterative validation, and feedback to deliver high-quality products

Our product process is divided into three main stages. The first stage involves the team conducting research on the target audience and market to propose a solution to the problem. The second stage focuses on creating, documenting, and validating ideas so they can be implemented by the development team. The final stage is entirely focused on development, carried out in a cyclical approach.
Intersection point
Between the stages of the process, there are intersection points, which are the key milestones of our process, as shown below:
Product charter
At this point, we gather all client requirements, conduct initial data collection, and adjust the product to consolidate the data and kick off the project.
Product vision
At this stage, we review the research results to guide decisions regarding the product. The goal here is to align our long-term product vision and success metrics so that we can progress in product development, prioritize, and divide the areas that will be worked on.
Roadmap
Orchestrate user journeys that convert through UX research, interface prototyping, and conversion-This is the product development roadmap, which includes milestones to be monitored until the launch. All mapped stages are placed in the Productboard, generated from user stories in the design documentation, ensuring that the entire mapping remains consistent and up to date.focused UI design.
Release plan
The launch point is when a version of the final product is completed and will be made available to end users through app stores.

Stages
We aim to keep the stages moving forward with speed and efficiency.

1. Immersion & research

It’s the initial phase where the design team identifies user needs, problems, and opportunities, while the development team analyzes key aspects of the new product.

2. Synthesis

The design team analyzes research data to identify opportunities, while the development team creates a work plan based on these insights.

3. Ideate

We define and propose a project plan based on data-driven solutions.

4. Prototyping

Ideas are transformed into tangible solutions, tested, and refined to ensure value delivery to users.

5. Define

We begin technical planning by analyzing requirements, defining tasks, and iterating with the development team.

6. Develop

In this phase, the project is coded, reviewed, and corrected throughout the development cycle, along with continuous project management.

7. Deliver

The project is delivered, and alignments, testing, and reporting are also conducted with the client.

8. Maintain

Identifying aspects and activities that need to be reviewed or corrected, assessing the solution, and planning improvements.
